The house is very comfortable! Check in and communication was excellent. We had a lovely stay and would definitely rent the home again!

The property was well laid out. Had all the amenities that me and my family needed. Some of the best sleep my wife and I have had in a while. The location to UNC and dining was perfect. Would highly recommend this property to any family traveling to the area.

This is a great property. We had 3 adults and plenty of room. It was nicely decorated and had many nice features above a 5 star rating! If we travel back to Chapel Hill, we will definitely try to stay here. The city bus stops almost by the driveway and it is free to travel on it. We rode it to the N.C. University baseball park each day. The second day, the bus was a few minutes early and the driver actually stopped at the driveway and honked the horn!!!! I just can’t recommend this place highly enough! It is fabulous!!! The host was always quick to answer any questions!!!!

Quiet location at end of street. Beautiful old trees and nature. We would definitely stay again.
